Pets are not permitted onto the Observation Deck. Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals* are welcome.
Please note:
- Guests with assistance animals are responsible for the appropriate care and management of their animals whilst in the attractions. This includes safe waste collection and disposal and food and water provision.
- Please be assured no other pets are allowed into the attraction, however we reserve the right to exercise any exemptions under the Acts. We also reserve the right to require evidence relating to your assistance animal or its training in accordance with section 54A(5) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
- We have a duty of care to all guests inside Sydney Tower Eye. However we are not responsible for and can not manage the behaviour of other guests inside the attractions (please note, especially
on weekends and during the NSW School Holidays, many of our guests are young children). - Although it is not mandatory for your Assistance Animal to wear a uniform, it is recommended thus to alert guests that this is a working service animal.

Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals are permitted in accordance with section 9 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). We reserve the right to exercise any exemptions under the Act, including if we suspect that the assistance animal has an infectious disease that may affect other patrons or the health of our animals. We also reserve the right to require evidence relating to your assistance animal or its training in accordance with section 54A(5) of the Act. To facilitate your ease of entry with an assistance animal, we strongly recommended you contact us at least 2 days prior to your visit so that we can discuss any arrangements or assistance that you may need from us.
