If you miss your allocated time slot we will try to accommodate you and your party in the next available time slot. This may involve a wait to gain entry into the observation deck.
Please be aware that if you have booked for our SKYWALK experience you are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the time slot you have booked. We cannot guarantee availability for later experiences and tickets are non-refundable so please make sure you arrive in time.
