If you have pre-booked tickets on The Sydney Tower Eye website you will be able to collect these on the day. You will recieve the invoice via email including your tickets. If paying via apple pay please check the email linked to your apple pay account.
Once you arrive to Sydney Tower Eye please join the pre-booked tickets queue within the timeslot you have booked for entry.
Please bring with you, your booking reference number, payment card and photo ID and we will issue them on your arrival. If you cannot print your confirmation you can provide the reference number or show it on a mobile device.
If you have selected the Print@Home option when booking online please print your tickets out and head straight to the entrance to have your tickets scanned for entry or show on your mobile device.
