Tickets are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis, as per our terms and conditions, so we would be unable to cancel tickets from your booking. If you have made payment on your booking, we are unable to add additional tickets to it. You are welcome to make a separate booking to purchase additional tickets; provided you select the same date and time you will be able to enter together.
For tickets purchased from 12/09/2022 onwards, you are able to change the date and time of your General Admission tickets through our Booking Portal.
