If you bought your Merlin Annual Passes from May 2020 onwards, your pass is digital and we are no longer printing physical cards. All you need to do is show the barcode on your phone at the attraction entrance for our staff to scan.
In line with Government advice, our attraction has reduced capacity and limited tickets during this time. It is now essential that all Annual Passholders reserve their spot by pre-booking their visit online. This is to guarantee entry.
