If your SKYWALK is cancelled* due to bad weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your SKYWALK experience to an alternative date or time - subject to availability.
*In the event of bad weather, as determined by management, staff may issue a special pass for you to present on your next visit within 7 days. Simply bring back your original receipt AND the special pass to obtain entry. This is NOT a money back offer, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This offer is not transferable and the return visit can only be used by the person who attended on the original visit.
The definition of bad weather, and implementation of the Weather Promise offer, is determined by the Sydney Tower Eye management. Management reserve the right to revoke or alter this added value offer at any time.
